Way more fun than the first, but it still has that stupid timer/save points shit that should have been gone from videogames a generation ago. But just a mountain of fun and a great storyline so it doesn't matter.
Basically where Dead Rising had snippets of brilliance wrapped in bullshit (weird awesome random shit) this expands upon that brilliance and takes it further (even more weird awesome random shit) while being wrapped in less bullshit (it even makes fun of it's own save feature in game several times.)
Killing zombies dressed like Brett Farve. Yes.
